Mark- I am not aware of any counterclaim. I will try to find out for sure. Today's trading in the stock was a bit disappointing. The stock had done well during the last couple of sessions, albeit on pretty low volume. Early today, that trend continued. Midday, though, there seemed to be some pretty large volume, relative to the last couple of days, on the sell side. I don't think the serious volume on the buy side will come, unless there is a strong Q4 earnings release, or some positive outcome in this Pittway lawsuit. By the way, have there been any good posts in the ITI Motley Fool folder at AOL. If there is anything interesting, would you mind posting a copy on this thread. I'm not an AOL subscriber. I do not want to miss anything.
