OF course I believe the border patrol over your propaganda. They say you're just passing off replacement of existing fence with new fence.

How about Mark Morgan who runs the gov dept stating there will be over 450 miles of new wall completed by 2020 ? Or Holman who said there’s already over 100 miles of new wall ?

Now you're talking about the future, not the past. Maybe he will have erected some new fence by next year.

Of course, you're still passing over Trump's backing away from a wall. He promised a WALL, not a fence and it's a fence he's going for now.
