I sympathize with his feelings. He has a lot of things incorrect but no matter, he is correct that this PP signals that TLT management are hopelessly incompetent. Let us not forget that the OSC action against Roger D White is a also a black mark on the company and its credibility. I think the street is making TLT pay for that.

Ie it is like a bad credit rating, you want funds you get the worst terms.

I bought some today @.28, overall I might as well try and profit from the debacle.
