Jin,

If I considered you an opponent, I might think you a worthy one.

As a recent post by Rookie Dave said, and I agree with, how could Ira report 504 financing proceeds as income? Ira apparently thinks he can, given his response to Capt. Dan. I merely reacted to that. Sue me. I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

I thought income, if indeed the 504 stuff was reported as income, was reported in the quarter earned. Maybe I am wrong.

Yes, I use a "mail forwarding service"; I always thought of it as a permanent address, and it slipped my mind to ask your permission to use it. Okay, I confess it -- I'm Ira! Playing the devil's advocate to get you suckers to buy more!

I have changed ISPs a number of times and it helps to always have the same address, so that: A) I don't have to keep updating friends and family on new e-mail addresses, and B) I can forward the mail anywhere I want, even to a friend's account, for example. No, I do not want to give you my "real" e-mail address; the chance of you "investigating" me any further scares me a bit. I don't give a damn what your e-mail address is, where you live, what you invest in, your phone number, or anything else. Why should I? As I posted to Dexx once, if you are ever in Chicago, I'll take you to lunch, show you where I work, and you can confirm that I am real.

I'll agree with you for once. You're paranoid.

If I meant to cover my tracks, I'd do a MUCH better job. I'm vested in four stocks, one of which, LAMN, I've discussed here and posted to. I like it because it keeps going up, unlike some stocks <g>. No, I'm not giving you my whole portfolio, or reasons I post to one thread and not another. Somehow, I don't think I owe you that.

As I have posted, I sold my FAMH, and am glad to be able to get .32 for it. I may get back in, if these numbers ever make sense, and they quit doing things like counting 504 finances as income. Personally, I hope all of you with thousands of shares make lots of money. I admire your guts, though I may question your judgment.

So why do I post here? It's interesting. A good learning experience, the difference between what a company says and what it does. A case study in mob psychology, too. Analyzing this situation after it plays out would be too easy. That said, I am trying to limit my postings, but I am sure ignoring your post would "prove" I have ulterior motives or something. So I answered.

Besides, I've never seen lemmings go over a cliff before.
