TO ALL::::

my post usually based on my opinions and facts and any forward looking statement from the company itself....

here's my estimate: 50 millions shares outstanding (8k report)
22.5 million revenues for fiscal '96
my PRICE/SALES RATIO (PSR) is::
50 million shares x .20 per share = 10 million
10 million divided by 22.5 million revenues
= 0.44 or .44 PSR

*any # below 1 is UNDERVALUE and above 1 is OVERVALUE....

so the FAIR VALUE OF NUZA at the end of june '96 is .45 per share
but it did not happen because of the delayed of fiscal report combine with losses (street are expecting a profit) no good news for several weeks and rumors of bankruptcy.......

as for next fiscal year, i mentioned before that revenues will be around $35-40 millions (hopefully more)..this is based from their forward looking statement that has to do with recent and future franchising, acquiring/merging of stores plus opening additional stores here in the states and international market....at that time,they should show some modest profits for the year besides their bad days is over unless another quake hit L.A. (hope not)and especially if they slow their expansions (mostly mergers) that is hurting their bottom line....i think they will be better off FRANCHISING stores at this time than acquiring it for the reason of lower cost...one thing we have to understand especially based on my experience traveling all over the world is western restaurant especially AMERICAN are very popular and restaurant/pizza outlet like NUZA is not saturated outside the U.S. so there is plenty of room for expansion...and i believe that NUZA will acquire/franchise more stores in international market at a faster level this year......so either way i believe NUZA is way undervalue and it will be a great investment especially for long term...

just a thought (opinion)
foOLish eL.......
