Off label implies use of the drug for other diseases. As of now none others are approved or even seriously considered. Approval is of paramount importance, as the drug is not like taking pot for nausea
were it legal. Average cost to patients is $800/month, so everybody
must have insurance to use drug...not that many Billie Gates' out there
