Lot's of money coming from overseas is likely propping up housing and other markets. Don't know how long that can last, though. China is going to need to repatriate those dollars soon, since their economy is on life support and their bad debts are piling up. So when they start sucking that money back in, that could lead to a housing/real estate depression in some areas.
