thats not right, a refugee should only be accepted if they are fleeing in fear of death, persecution or illegal incarceration and they don't belong or have ever belonged to a terrorist organization, just because they are poor doesn't count. The western world can't take in everybody that is poor all we can do is try to help improve their living standards, there are plenty of poor people in North America, they should get our help first.
