Anyone who crosses a nation's border without permission IS, by definition, an invader..
And once across the border without permission, a person becomes an illegal alien. That's reality. And mangling the English language in describing them with terms like "migrants" and "undocumented immigrants" is so much politically correct mush.
If our borders were secure and those who managed to illegally invade were promptly shipped back to where they came from, the rationale for a murdering nut like the one in El Paso to do what he did, wouldn't exist.
And it's not racist, as you and others keep yammering about, to want to continue living in an American culture that's not becoming overwhelmed and altered with masses of people whose culture and language differ to a large extent. I, and many others, don't want to go down the same open border road that's ruining Europe.
I interact with a lot of Latinos in my profession and the vast majority of them are nice, honest, hard workers. I have always treated everyone I deal with as individuals, on a personal level, no matter what color they happen to be.
And to anyone who wants to label me as a racist, just because I happen to be white, I say "Fuck you". And a lot of other people are really getting tired of that racist labeling shit as well. |
