I think President Trump is talking about taking guns from someone who appears to be crazy or dangerous. Do that first, then get it established in court.

How would you define crazy or dangerous? If I lived in NYC, I can guarantee you De Blasio would certify me as crazy and dangerous based solely on my voting record.

Can you empathize?

Is everyone aware crazy and dangerous people are not allowed to have guns already? Laws are already on the books....
