People of El Paso do not want him there and are making it clear to the Mayor. The Mayor is between a rock and a hard place - but honestly, any aid that can be rendered by
Trump/Fed Govt can be discussed over the phone.

Having him there is merely a photo-op for Trump because as we all know, he really doesn't give a sh*t.
Additionally, it's probably a security risk for Trump - which sorry/notsorry, that's an aspect I don't give a fig about.
