NY Post is off-base. There was no use of AOL chat or forums, only
e-mail, which is subject to same protections as snail mail. And,
imagine if law can be ignored in name of "doing the right thing".

Also, in this case it's not at all clear that AOL even had independent
access to the alleged e-mail, but relied solely upon the say-so of
the anonymous caller. By that logic I could call AOL and get any sub's
identity just by saying they had sent me an obscene e-mail.
