It's a pretty serious charge. I was driving when he said it so I wasn't paying 100% attention to him but that's what it sounded like.

He did say and I'm positive about it that the democrats election strategy is to put together a coalition of non-white people, that they don't believe they need white votes to win. Which is purely racist.
