Brasil is NOT fixed.. to think so is hubris in its purest... HKers. what did they expect ? they are part of China.. Britain had to abandon them because the British stick has shrunken to insignificance.. they cannot bully (Trump) China any longer.. Britain is a spent force trying to hold on to what once was.. by cling to the US coat tails.. and the US is heading down the British road if not careful... so relinquished control.. do u think for an instant Britain wanted to lose HK LOL China gave HK MUCH slack.. ie.. TJ's freedom rock.. HK pushed too far maybe ? lots of Brit legacy hubris there in HK.. China wants HK to be HK.. but there are rules... when in doubt always consult the olive men :_)
