No No No you guys, you are missing the boat NOBODY blinks anymore at the pres flirting any more. That is not news. My information comes from the rumor mongers and scandal peddlers. What I gathered has happened is that the pres and his "advisor" told Lewinsky to lie to Paula Jones' lawyers and that she had described to her friend who was wired (ala Ivan Boskey) of intimate details with the pres. If one listens very carefully to what the pres said to PBS interview tonight he did not deny having a sexual affair all he said was improper blah blah. whereas at the deposition he denied having an affair with lewinsky. I don't know how many of you have given depositions but when one reads a transcript of one's own deposition there are things there that one does not recall saying (frightening). Anyway the big story is now obstetrics of justice. I respect the Office of the President infinitely. That is the skinny as I have understood it. I expect the markets will tank tomorrow. This news is serious. Too bad Barbara Jordan is no longer with us I would love to listen to her again. Grunt
