I total agree on polite respectful discourse when it comes to politics. If you know of such a forum let me know.

Both parties are guilty of bad verbal behavior, but only one party (by its actions) believe in freedom of speech only when you agree with them. Otherwise, lies and violence seems to be acceptable to them. Watch what that party accuse others of doing, as they are most likely the ones guilty of the offensive and often illegal behavior.
