That's one possibility; another is that they are American shrinks..
The only thing they can accuse him of is "narcissistic personality disorder," and even that isn't an official diagnosis.

Besides, many big names in politics and high tech can also be diagnosed with the same condition. Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Larry Ellison, Tom "Impeach the Mothafucka" Steyer, even Alexandria Occasional-Cortex all exhibit signs of NPD.

You really are desperate to label Trump as "mentally ill."
