wonder who's the bigger threat. Russia or China?
I've always maintained that China is the bigger threat.

And it's because they have a vested interest in "proving" to the world that authoritarian, Big Brother states are viable as long as your economy is growing.

Russia, in contrast, is a paper tiger, a mere shadow of its former self as the Soviet Union.
