Wayne, Bill Mathews of 'The Cheap Investor' has been predicting that the stock would heat-up before the trial and that this stock remains grossly undervalued. Fonar also has been on an advertising blitz of late in the medical imaging magazines with full-page ads proclaiming that Fonar offers 'the most spacious, most powerful open MRI in the industry... and no one else is even close'. Dr. Damadian's picture was on this month's issue of Diagnostic Magazine with a featured interview inside. The volume today would suggest institutional buying but has anyone heard any news? I'm guessing the interest is being generated because of the upcoming trial. I agree with Bill Mathews in that I don't believe GE will want to be embarassed twice. Odds are good they may settle before trial.
