TSXX merger talks indicate that Antec will do a stock swap of 1.05 shares to one TSXX. Both stocks up today on the news and TSXX is theoretically undervalued by 1.50 if Antec holds it's price. The TSXX thread discusses this some. Some one mentioned that there is a short position against Antec which could drive the stock higher if they have to cover. Any opinions? Seems like both these companies are tied to TCI. Do you think TCI is a match maker for some purpose? Mark
