Seems like we are still dealing with a CEO who doesn't want to tell the stock holders the whole story. On wonder this stock has not moved. There have been so many disappointments with this company in the past no one wants to put their money into this queationable situation. Now we don't know what exactly HealthMed can or can't do once they take over. It seems to me that each share of stock should get equal treatment. How can those hold 51% of the stock expect to get all the money Lidacol will earn and not share it with those of us who own the other 49%?

What is ment by VOTING SHARES. I thought that all the common stock in LDAKA were voting shares. I did not understand that there were several classes of stock in this company.
