True, but maybe this time around it will be a recession lead by some other sector. Maybe this time it will be corporate bonds, student loan defaults, and car loan bonds. Not sure, but this global economy just doesn't look right. They are feeding it heroine to keep it on life-support. how long that lasts, no one knows, but I think we're definitely in the final inning. I wouldn't be surprised to see a recession before the election next year, but Trump will fight that tooth and nail, so it could come right after the election. We'll see. It all depends on the Fed now, imho.
