Biden is on record saying China is not a threat. I don't like him because he is a hawk, militarily speaking. As for China, I would have handled things completely different than Trump. Sure there are intellectual property violations. Having lived in NYC for over 50 years, I saw many Chinese individuals come in restaurants and diners selling DVDs for $1. Everyone in USA knows about intellectual property violations. But tariffs are a sick, even more self-destructive way to deal with that. I am more of a laissrz-faire liberal. I love the Cantonese. They are free spirits. I am neutral toward Chinese in mainland. They are more rigid and inflexible. In NYC, mainland Chinese immigrants don't like the Cantonese. They say they are non-observant and non-traditional. Cantonese are free thinkers, very Western. Most Taiwanese are like Koreans and bond with Koreans in NYC. Most Taiwanese already have their mind made up. No point to dialogue. Cantonese are very cool and hip in NYC.
