The company is certainly providing a service that is needed by factories, the question in my mind is whether they are providing it well. Take a look at page 18 of the 10-K. A 4 mil beef with one of their customers and "The company is also party to various disputes involving contractual matters of contract compliance and payment of its billings" Seems to me we need to get a line on what's going on there.
