I would say he qualifies for a red flag. I would not want to meet him on the street or anywhere else.

But that aside, perhaps some uniformed person will read what I posted who firstly, doesn't realize that zero interest rates are an indication of economic trouble and low GDP (possibly headed for recession).

And secondly, that Obama had every advantage the FED could offer to keep the economy afloat - including enormous quantitative easing.
