While I'm impressed that Mr. Yocam is talking to his stockholders via AOL I believe he should get some legal advice about continuing to do this. There are lots of companies being sued by greedy lawyers for giving out what the lawyers purport to be misleading information which they claim influenced there client to buy the stock. If the stock price goes down the lawsuits begin, and this is with information from well thought out company press releases. Mr. Yocams " spontaneous" remarks here while well intended could backfire and be used as the basis for lawsuits against BORL. I'm a stockholder and want to see this company succeed. I'm not an attorney and I decry the bastardization of the US legal system by some of these class action lawsuites.
