Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust Makan Delrahim, who was a registered lobbyist for Qualcomm from 2014 to 2016, was recused from all matters involving Qualcomm until Jan. 21, 2019, when his recusal period was over. Does anyone know when the FTC Chairman Joe Simons recusal period will be over so he can end the attack against Qualcomm by the two (D) activist commissioners?
