DD, re your question regarding when the stock will trade: Pugs has advised that everything will go through and soon. That should be extremely helpful if that happens. The NASD appears that they want current financial statements, and that could take some time. Will Lazar prepare them? How much are they currently owed for past work? My understanding is that the official word from both RMIL and RMCW is that the merger and the money will occur as planned, that will be amazing if it happens, but the shareholders will certainly be in a much better position for their shares to trade. They will have just one more stumbling block, and that being approval by NASD which is outside their control. Does anyone know if RMIL is negotiating to have an accountant in Florida prepare their current financials? What is their status?
