RE: If blame is to be had The Federal Government is solely responsible. Some who are objective might say. CERTAIN employees of the Federal Government and we have yet to learn who did what/when/where/how. Whose to say he did not expire on the way to the hospital by the hands of a non govt employee. This we do know, once again a movie script plays out in front of our eyes/ears. IMO Fintas
