Could be , but it also looks like a technical move to me.
Looking at a 60 day chart , there was a double top in
December and the corresponding bearish down trend
has been broken at the distance from the tops to the
neckline.

The double top resulted in many taking profits and the
downtrend shook out many so there are now plenty of
buyers.

I'll be suprised if CCSI doesn't challenge it's old highs in
the next few days / weeks.
