Your observation is noted Clinteroo.

SOP is pursuing a multi-party deal. Soperior has the fully permitted resource asset. A copper producer down the road is the party that would provide pilot plant infrastructure saving Soperior significant capital costs while the copper producer would benefit from Sulfuric acid produced as part of the resource processing. The third party would be the financiers backing it all up being players well seated in the industry. So as you can see ....... there are many agreements that have too be drawn up and all the legal and regulatory stuff that goes along with it. Until all that is firmed up and ready to be rolled out ....... there's more waiting and the stock price languishes. Having to extend the Lind note put the pressure on the stock price ......... but the extension was necessary as deals of this complexity take longer than you expect.

CCB has an important court date coming up in the next couple weeks ........ a positive decision there should get the price improving and ultimately the trial next year will dictate what kind of value investors might secure for the shares they hold. Can't force people to hold ......... the down turn in price is simply a reflection of that reality.

CCK ........ well it is disappointing that the company still doesn't have a deal .... there's no denying that disappointment but the company still has roughly $1.3 million in the kitty ........ which is still plenty fine for a shell seeking a deal to inject into the company. Let's see what they come up with ........ this year would be better than next.

EVG ....... that one is concerning ......... as its a week or so away from being halted for a year and still waiting for the Bolivians to get their shit together. I guess that thing they call country risk isn't a trivial consideration. The Bolivian project looked good ....... but getting licenses is an arduous process and you can't close an acquisition if the key requirement to mine ....... the license ....... is held up in red tape. I keep my eye on NUAG and that helps keep my interest in the company seeing the Bolivian project acquisition through. If it blows up ....... that would be very disappointing after all this time halted but I'm sure Duncan would have a back up plan if that was the case.

Keep watching Clinteroo ........ you never know when things can turn around ........ like when you least expect it.
