Thomas, I know quite a number of currencies going to currency heavens, but it is not always the end of all times, Brazil lobbed off three zeros just few years back, the Israeli "Shekel" is an old pound (or Lira) in which a number of zeroes were lobbed off, and I remember German postage stamps over printed with 1,000,000 Marks. The French went to a "New Franc", the Belgian as well (in both cases I think these were two zeroes lobbed off). These are just from memory and personal experience.
