I know that you're right. The spin off is completely non-conforming. I would be surprised if it goes through. They'll probably announce that it fell apart eventually.

There was another pyrolysis scam called USSE which announced a share dividend which didn't conform. I don't remember all the details but they ultimately announced that it couldn't go through.
