gldn.v - got a couple dime bids in before the close, for those accts ... tiny though, total to 18k, lol ... man it is hard to squeeze off faves once they start to run, even when they get way over whatever portfolio allocation rules you just made up the other week to alleviate a restrictive feel from previous rules, lol ... 'Let Your Winners Run' was preached a lot by the experienced years ago ... same guys who would say 'Well if you don't take a profit when it's there, when you gonna take it?' ... so go figure ... Dow is off three per cent on the day, and my collection is not ktn.v - there is a gap open, takes .185 to fill so a .19 bid will very likely connect, sure ... but i am not gonna let go of so much as 5k at only four cents higher to play that ... sell something else, if anything ... but what!!! lol ... in tax-loss time and then again in january [for tfsa accts] i grind on my girls to get their contributions in ... but you can't do that all the time, they need a few months in between to recover
