Depends what "coerced" means in that usage. And 14 can mean 14.9 in that usage and some 14.9 year olds are very worldly. Maybe said 14 year old was one person, not many, and that 1 person was a sociopath with psychopathic abilities and narcissistic intentions. I do not believe she was a cute innocent little ingenue coerced against her will which I bet she had plenty of.

It is common for 1 instance of something to be converted to plural for the purpose of exaggeration.

The magic age? We need king Solomon. Around the world that magic age varies a lot from 12 or lower in Islamic context to 18 or 21 or something with parental consent and whatnot.

Taming lust and keeping it in service of individuals and society is a major issue everywhere.

I'm a free will type. It depends. Some people have good free will, ability and judgment when children. Others need lifelong care with power of attorney assigned.

Life is individual so there's no magic age.
