Bad news about PSIX from briefing.com

09:06 ET PSINet Inc. (PSIX) 8 7/16: Internet service provider says it is
not interested in unsolicited $10 per share offer. The news of a possible
deal leaked yesterday, sending PSIX shares 30% higher on the session.
This morning the stk is indicated 1/2 lower.
