It doesnt even have to be fair, just do the pruning away until the desired result is achieved. in the final analysis, I adopted the consequent gut-feel approach ('just call it as see fit') per your advice in order to de-provocateur the thread, albeit all undoubtedly on good solid regulatory grounding, for the greater good.

seems to have worked, and very trouble-free, at least so far.
