Wharfie, there is no link between open carry laws and mass shootings. Logically it doesn't make sense. Open carry is a warning to everyone, "Hey, I've got a gun." Mass shooters NEVER warn anyone that they're gonna start shooting. They just open fire. By the way, California is a prime example of how more gun laws don't lead to less crime. Tenchusatsu
