Wharfie, the original story was in regard to a mass shooter. He shot six police officers.

You blamed the NRA and their support of open carry laws. But the shooter in Philly wasn't "openly carrying" anything.

Instead, he was in full defiance of the law and of law enforcement. And his attitude was typical among the residents of that area, who were busy taunting the police officers trying to respond to the situation.

High murder rates, high rates of mass shooting, neither have anything to do open carry laws or the supposed easy access to guns. None of your charts support your assertion. Not even the "firearm death rate" because that also includes suicides.
