Its official the IGNG R/M went through and now Grapefruit BLVD Investors is a new Public Cali cannabis Company. Here are two PR's that I have linked that came out on Thursday,one is a Corp interview with their CEO and the other is an explanation on the new Corporation along with a ticker change that should come out to reflect the new Company otcmarkets.com otcmarkets.com
