Bob......when I was just getting started in TA about 4 years ago, I took the Chartist. He has a great overall track record, but entirel missed a great deal of the Bull Market because his fundamental indicators AT THAT TIME kept him mostly in cash. He has since changed those indicators somewhat, but he is mostly a market timer using fundamental criteria and doesn't use pure TA momentum anaysis or retracement work. I haven't taken the letter in some time so I can't comment on his present performance, but I wasn't that impressed when I took it. BW Chan
