He's definitely stuck on stupid. Mueller made a total fool out of him (and he still posts that pablum and bullshit) and Nadler is doing it again with phony promises of an impossible impeachment. He's seeing the writing on the wall for a Trump re-election landslide and he's getting vile and nasty. That happens to deluded liars working for Chairman Xi and Soros in their attempt to bring America down to their level of ignorance.
