thanks boogieman, appreciate your insight....when i stumbled onto the compuserve deal, i noticed several other large deals with the likes of netscape, hotmail, and other major labels, but i did not post those links here....(iuf you search on infoseek you will find all of these links.) I guess it is safe to assume that all of these deals if still under the umbrella of softbank interactive marketing are now under zulu-teks operations now. appreciate your inisght into all of this. ladyluck
