I start paying $135 for Medicare Part B in September, but have 6 months to sign up for a supplemental policy without underwriting.

In other words, I could have a heart attack during that 6 months and still be approved for supplemental healthcare plus medications.

My cost after getting the additional coverage will be about $306 a month total which includes my Medicare Part B.

This will be excellent insurance with a maximum of $180 out-of-pocket for hospitalization and surgery.
