SBC Warburg Dillon Read Cuts Rating On NN to Neutral from Buy. Rob MacLellen said he had been projecting 1% sequential growth for the third quarter in revenue for NN's time division multiplexer biz. He said his lower expectations for the TDM biz is based on the big shortfall NWK had in it's TDM biz for it's third quarter ended 12/28. In NN's WAN division, he expects double digit revenue growth for the third quarter vs. the second quarter. He also expects NN to announce at teh end of the quarter plans to bolster it's lan biz by possibly swapping assets involving it's UB Networks unit with COMS. Stock had a delayed opening and is now down 1 5/8 at 29 3/8. And to think we actually had a little move up yesterday.<G> Good Luck to All. R..
