I don't know whether you did your homework or not, but Mercury
Finance targets comsumers and ACRT targets businesses.
Off course, both types of customers can default on the loans,
but the question is who is more likely to default? There are
also chances for major banks to be in trouble too. Business
involves risk and noone can avoid it. The basic difference is
whether that risk is manageable or not.
