Wally remember one thing, for all practical purposes the drug that Harvard wants to use has already been FDA approved. What they are bringing to the table that is new is the manner in which it is administered and the encapsulation. Hopefully, and this seems to be the bet most folks are riding on, the Phase II and Phase III testing should move along a little faster, given the previous information generated about the drug. I do agree that $10M is pretty small potatoes for financing any company, let alone a bio-firm. Harvard does have access to there "Parent" company and its facilities, with Dr. See having a vested interest in both.

Soooo, maybe its a go and maybe not.
