There's a feeling that management isn't doing its job. I tend to agree with them. While 20 years isn't too long of a time for a RBOC, it is for an internet company (heck, you're not even 10 years old yet!). The deal to get fiber just looks worst and worst- orbital backbones will be in place within 5 years, and who knows what next? I think an important factor to look for is how well PSIX do in report time- possibly window-dress themselves enough for a better offer?
