LXP can also be considered an industrial / warehouse reit - in transition. Better valuation than other reits in the sector with P/FFO around 13. BTW -- checking my numbers, and reclassifying LXP as industrial, then that sector is 17% of my total portfolio. LXP and STAG largest holdings. slides
