Dear Rob: Hope that you are telling the truth. I first picked up on you when I explained you were looking at past history, not even giving effect for the Proforma Information as to how it effects that past history. On top of that you are surmising, incorrectly I believe that current cash flow is negative and attempting to make people believe it is fact. Once the quarterly statement comes out we will review it and determine once and for all whether they CURRENTLY are bleeding cash. Until then what you say is all how you surmise things. JDN
